Initial Consultation
We discuss your circumstances, confirm jurisdiction eligibility, and assess whether a simplified or contested process is more likely.
Filing and Ancillary Matters
We prepare and file the divorce papers, then address ancillary matters — assets, maintenance, and children — through negotiation where possible.
Final Orders
We obtain the Interim Judgment, finalise ancillary orders, and ensure all documentation is in order before the Final Judgment is granted.
Child Custody & Access Arrangements
Sensitive advisory for parents working through custody and access matters, with the child's welfare at the centre of every recommendation. We support parents whether they have reached agreement and need consent orders drafted, or require representation for court proceedings.

Led by an accredited mediator in a neutral environment, sessions help both parties work toward outcomes they can both accept — with particular care for families where ongoing communication matters for the children.
How This Service Works
Pre-Mediation Preparation
Each party meets separately with the mediator to set out their key priorities and understand the mediation process before the joint session.
Facilitated Session
The mediator guides structured discussion, helps both parties articulate their interests, and explores areas of potential agreement.
Agreement Documentation
Where agreement is reached, we document it clearly. Parties may then seek legal advice on converting the agreement into a formal court order.
